I was fortunate enough to be first in line to purchase the Borla exhaust that SaucyTabasco posted for sale last week. Stainless steel with quad 3 inch tips. My OEM setup had long seen better days, and at 165K, was long overdue for replacement. My thanks to ST, you're a stand-up guy. He offered to help me install, but with the weather being crap this week and my own impatience, I went to a Maxi-Muffler that I've had work done at before. When I fired it up, I was greeted by a deep rumble that put a grin on my face. It sounds great! I couldn't wait to see what it was like at speed, so I navigated to the interstate for the voyage home with great anticipation. I hit the on ramp and opened the taps. I was overwhelmed with a swell of amazing sound, a incessant crescendo of thunder, valkyries on winged steeds brandishing swords...ahem, well, it was pretty cool. Not too loud, considering it isn't resonated, and once at cruising speed it quiets down to a nice background noise. My wife thinks it's too loud, which of course tells me it's perfect. The only downer is that I didn't notice the shop didn't line up the passenger side right, so I'll have to get that attended to. And since a post of this type is worthless without pics... A few are with my Treo camera, please pardon the lack of quality. OEM with wimpy tips
